1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to the nature of herbal incense products, opened or used items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened incense packages
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and details.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending returns.
